Say goodbye to sending cash and checks to school with your children.  No more lost money… no more forgotten money… no more losing change.  University Elementary School is excited to announce that parents and/or guardians will be able to make class donations and pay all student fees (classroom, club, activity) over the internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using

Each child in grades Pre-K through 5th Grade will be required to pay their classroom material and supply fee for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year before Friday, September 28th.   THIS FEE WILL BE ONLY BE COLLECTED ONCE AND WILL BE USED THE ENTIRE YEAR and will cover any technology supplies, workbooks, trade books, room supplies, etc. the teacher may need throughout the school year. Discovery and Gateway teachers will contact parents about fees specific to their program.

When you pay for your student’s fees online, there will be a 3.5% charge per credit card transaction and $1.75 if paid by check, multiple children can be put on a single transaction.   Example service charges are:  $20 = .70, $30 = $1.23, $50 = $1.75; for any charges over $50 we would recommend using the e-check option where there is a flat $1.75 fee per transaction (you will need your account & routing number located on the check).  Once you complete the transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation email for your records

To set up a new account, log on to and create an account using your child’s student ID number (from JPAM).  By signing up for Pay-For-It, you can easily make donations, pay for your student’s school fees and activities; set e-mail reminders regarding your fees; and check your child’s transaction history.
